Our Mandarin program allows students to complete a language major in the space of one year. You may choose to undertake all or part of the program.
This exciting, innovative Chinese program combines intensive language learning with the language immersion experience and cultural awareness achieved by living and studying in the People's Republic of China.
Do you know that in the world today over 2500 universities in 100 countries are offering courses in Mandarin Chinese and over 30,000,000 people worldwide are learning the language as a foreign or second language? It is predicted that the number of international students learning the language in China will increase from the current 30,000 to 80,000 in the year 2008.
