Susan Pascoe
Commissioner
State Services Authority, Victoria.

Susan Pascoe, AM is Commissioner (Regulatory Reform) with the Victorian State Services Authority with specific responsibilities in the area of regulation review to support the reform agenda of the Council of Australian Governments.

Prior to this, Ms Pascoe held positions of Chief Executive of the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria, Director of Catholic Education at the Archdiocese of Melbourne, and Chief Executive of the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority. Ms Pascoe has been a member of several Australian delegations to the OECD and to UNESCO, and lead Australia's delegation to the UN World Education Forum in Senegal in 2001.

Ms Pascoe is Chair of the Australian National Commission for UNESCO, and a member of the Senate of the Australian Catholic University. She is a fellow of many organizations including the Australian College of Educators, the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

Tim Longwill

Tim Longwill

Tim is an experienced employment and industrial relations lawyer, who heads the McCullough Robertson Lawyers Aged Care and Retirement Living Group. Tim is also a member of the Queensland Law Society’s Aged Care and Retirement Living Committee.

Tim has a strong background in employment and industrial relations, with clients from major aged care providers.  Tim has published chapters in legal texts concerning the liability of teachers and sportspeople. He is qualified in mediation and alternative dispute resolution and has conducted many settlement conferences and mediations for workplace injury, other personal injury and industrial matters.

 

Heather Watson

Heather Watson

Heather practises as a Special Counsel within McCullough Robertson Lawyer’s Aged Care and Retirement Living Group. 

Heather has a particular interest in the legal issues associated with non profit clients.  She has acted for, and been a member of, a range of community and charitable bodies for many years and has appeared on ABC Radio.
