In 2008, QUT Business Leaders’ Forum events are held from 12noon to 2:00pm at the Hilton Hotel Brisbane, and include a three course meal and beverages.

Ticket prices for the 2008 series are as follows (including GST):
- Single ticket - $130 per person
- Table of ten - $1200 per table
